This lifetime guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improver handling or common carrier damage. In the case of damage caused by an airline, you should file a damage claim with the airline. This lifetime guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any travel gear product, component parts, particulary moving parts, will show wear over time and eventually may need to be refurbishe or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide you with options for repairing or refurbishing your product.
